Refresh updates a display in ManagePro and can be used when providing new or updated content throughout ManagePro. Refresh is available as a right-click menu option.
For example:

Anytime you change a record value, that is influenced by a roll-up and or a filter, and they don't see other records immediately changing because of their update, click Refresh to refresh the database.

2. If you are working in a shared database and want to include any updates by others while working in a view (since it was last opened), click the refresh to automatically pick up others latest updates.
