General Defaults

General Defaults are MPro settings which are set by default but can be changed by clicking the Program Button>General Preferences>General Options tab. These options like other General Preferences can be specified by each user and are not global database changes.

•	Decimal Places for Numeric Fields can be changed from 1 to another value. Doing so sets the default for decimal places for number fields in MPro database.

Admin-Only access to utilities menu: When checked allows the MPro Administrator only to access the utilities menu. When unchecked all users can access the Utilities menu as shown below. Ideally this access is granted to Admin’s only. There are cases when a non-Admin might need access to utilities menu e.g. to restore a database or create a new database.

•	Remember Window Position: This option remembers MPro window sizes and window layout and position. By default this option is turned-on/checked.

•	Display Times for Goals can be checked or not. When checked, the time will be displayed in goal start and due date fields. When not checked the time will not be displayed. When making changes to this setting you will need to restart MPro before the setting is applied.
