Drag and Drop items directly onto the tabs (Todo, Event or Progress Updates) found in the ManagePro User data/List window: Use this Option if you would like to 1) create stand-alone Todo's and Events, or 2) create Todos and Events and link them to existing records in ManagePro. This option is useful for example, when you are receiving task assignments as email messages. Dragging and dropping them directly as a Todo or Event eliminates the need to copy and paste information from Outlook into Mpro.

Open the ManagePro Calendar |

Open MS Outlook if it is closed and select a message to be dragged and dropped |

Drag the Outlook Message down to the ManagePro application found in your Task Bar. Doing so makes MPro active |

When Mpro becomes the active application, continue to drag the email message directly onto the calendar |

Simply make a selection to convert the dropped item to a Todo or Event |
