ManagePro Document Management
Overview
ManagePro delivers a robust document management system that supports version tracking and search capabilities,
as well as immediate visibility on the date each document was last updated and by whom. Documents attached to
a record are displayed in a sort-able multi-column window, including:
1. Document icon type
2. Document title
3. Version #
4. Entered/Modified Date
5. Author of latest Version
6. Description and key words for the document
The document toolbar provides the user’s primary tools at the top of the window.
All documents within the document management system are stored within the ManagePro MS SQL database
in a secure, zipped binary format to optimize speed of retrieval as well as maintain security.
