In ManagePro, Business Groups enables you to add employee's to groups as members similar to how organizations add employees to departments. People can only be a member to one business group but can be assigned to have visibility to one or more business groups. Utilization of business groups is useful for cross-functional purposes and filtering data by business group activity for reporting, viewing and finding data. Note: Before you can take advantage of filtering records by Business Groups in ManagePro, business groups must first be defined in the database, people need to be added to the business groups as members, and visibility to business groups for cross-function purposes should be assigned.
