Who, Assigning People to Meetings

 

People can be assigned to a meeting from within the People and Meetings/Meeting tab view regardless of which business group the meeting is assigned to, which allows for easier viewing rights. To assign people to meetings, follow the instructions below:

 

Click the people and Meeting Tab then the Meetings Sub-view

You should see a list of meetings displayed, if not, right-click to add your meeting

Highlight the meeting

Right-click and select User Access

The Meeting Access Dialog List is displayed

click the check-box in front of each user's name to give them access to the meeting

Click OK

After assigning users to the meeting, when the users login they will see the meeting listed in the user/Meeting drop down

provided that you synchronize if running ManagePro Plus or click the refresh button on the ribbon control if your are running ManagePro Smart.
