Risk enables you to manage potential risk associated with goals and/or sub-goals. By recognizing risk early you are better prepared to mitigate risk. Risk in ManagePro™ is defined by Low (well within capabilities), Medium (just beyond capabilities) , and High (extremely challenging). Risk can be entered in the Goal Details window. Risk is displayed in the Main Workspace and Scorecard views.
Terminology for Risk can be configured in the Terminology Editor to reflect your specific business needs. Risk indicators i.e., Low, Medium, and High can be color coded to help you with managing risk.
