In-Place Editing is a feature that allows you to edit the field directly on the Main Workspace View. It's the fastest way to edit fields without opening the details of a record.
To edit records using In-Place Editing, follow the steps below

Highlight a record in the Main Workspace View

Click in the field -any field i.e., title, date, who, status etc.. you will notice the field becomes available to edit
|

Make your changes and click off the field
|
