The Dashboard Configuration right-click menu options allow non-admin users to be assigned
modify rights to dashboard views. Users assigned to the Access Control field can add new fields
to the Analysis tab view and make other configuration changes.
Users who are not administrators and not assigned access do not get the right click "header menu" (the popup which provides access to the field list).
Click the Ellipsis (three dots) under the Access Control to select users from the Who dialog then
click OK to Save your changes
