Right-click Menu Options

In general, Right-Click Menu Options are very important throughout ManagePro™ and very similar to Microsoft Office™ products, "when in doubt, right-click". This means that if you can not remember how a task is achieved, right-clicking displays a menu and submenu of options and will most times serve as a reminder. Additionally, many functions are only available in the right-click menus.

Right-click menus are available in each of the Views as well as the People & Meeting View

The following functions can be performed when options are selected from the View Right-click Menus:

Refresh	Updates changes made
Reset Sort Order	After Sorting Columns in a View, Reset Sort Order returns the View to it's Original State
Find & Search Database	Finds a record in the View and/or search the entire database for a record based on specific search criteria
Favorites	Adds or Removes records in the Main Workspace views to your Favorites List found on the Ribbon Control
Add	Adds a new Goal, Todo, Progress Update or Event
Import	Outlook data and/or a web site URL as well as data from CSV File formats
Export	Enables you to export to Excel
Delete	Deletes the corresponding record where focus is set
Undelete	Undelete's a record and restores it to the view
Expand All to Level	Expands ALL goals and sub-goals from 1 to 9 or all levels for entire database
Collapse All	Collapse expanded records
Expand to Level	Expands goals in the specific area of the tree by levels 1 to 9
Display Options - Available on Map View	•	Zoom in and out functions

	•	Set and Reset root. For example display all or not.
Promote	Moves a goal up in the hierarchy
Demote	Moves a goal down in the hierarchy
Copy Records	Copies single and/or multiple goal records selected
Paste Records	Paste records from the global clipboard, becomes enabled when records are first copied
Edit Details	Edit goal details
Multi-Edit	The right click Multi-Edit option allows you to edit or modify multiple records at once
Strategic Plan	Enables you to include goals as a Strategic Plan and link goals as initiatives
Email	Send an email message from ManagePro™ using your default email exchange
Time Card	Track all entries regarding hours allocated and actual hours entered against each goal, action step or task
Show in Calendar	Moves a goal from the Map View to an open place set by you in the calendar
Print	Access to Quick Reports, Print Outline, Current and Selected Views and/or launches the Report Gallery and Report Designer for the creation and management of custom reports
View Audit	Access to record and sync audit which displays history of changes made to a specified field within a record, ex. Due Date Record
View Configuration	Manages the global appearance of your view configuration
