Resource Allocation Display Options determine the default levels at which the bars in the User Resource Allocation View Change Colors. Resource allocation invokes a color coding for individual based upon % allocated for easier recognition. This color coding is displayed in the Resource Allocation tab within the record Details or the Resource Allocation sub-view on the People/Meetings view.
To change the color preferences for resources allocated, follow the instructions below:
Click the Program Button>General Preferences>Resource Allocation Tab
The example below shows that when a resource exceeds 75% the bar turns yellow and when the allocation exceeds 100% the bar is red
You can then view the color coding while in the People and Meeting Tab>Resource Allocation Sub-view
