20. Added spell checking to long text and comments fields formatted for Rich Text Format. 21. Speeded up the overall performance of the program by adding pagination to the display of progress updates, todos and events (You now can view records of those types in pages, instead of a predetermined date). 22. Prevented users from deleting the initial Admin record from People and Meetings, and the record Status values of Done, Not Started, On Track and Behind to avoid logic conflicts. 23. Rewrote the document attachment code so that when you attach a document it automatically pushes the file name as the suggested name of the document going into SQL. 24. Rewrote the Outlook Drag and Drop email function such that when you drop in emails with attached documents, the attached documents are synchronized to other users when using Plus, so they can view the documents. 25. Redesigned the screen layout with color coding to more easily differentiate the project and performance workspace on the left side with the various right side views. 26. Added a default option of prompting to sync as soon as a user opens a ManagePro Plus license to avoid over-writing other user’s input. 27. The column options in the Analytic’s view now support 0 through 4 decimal places. 28. Rewrote the synchronization functionality supporting Plus users to provide improved security and stability. 29. Added the ability to sort based on either the Scorecard Results or calculated Score field. 30. Rewrote many aspects of the Outlook Synchronization code to correct errors and better support 64bit Outlook 2010. 31. Added increased options for Administrators to remove access to Utility options for non-admin users. 32. Finally, and certainly not the least, we’ve added a multi-edit option to create query based scorecards (how many tasks were completed of all the tasks due in the last week) on the fly from the right click menu. |
