Making multiple Todos and Events Private in ManagePro is an easy one-click process and is used to set or
remove the Private flag for all selected items. By doing so, these items are not visible to those that are not assigned to the record
and will also synchronize to Outlook as Private Tasks or Calendar Appointments. Making Multiple Todos or Events Private is the
equivalent to editing the Private checkbox on each item:
To make multiple Todos or Event records private, follow the instructions below:

In the User Data Window, on either the Todo or Event Tab

2.

Select a group of records by highlighting the first record you want to make private and holding the

shift key down on your keyboard and selecting the last record of the group.

4.

Right click and select Multi-edit|Privacy
|
The ManagePro - Privacy Options window is displayed
5.

Click Mark Selected Items Private
|
6.
|
Or, if you want to remove an existing private setting, check Mark Selected Items NOT Private.

When a user who is not assigned to the Todo or Event logs into ManagePro and switches their View to All Users
they will see a red lock in front of the item which indicates they can not view or edit.
To make an Event Private, repeat steps 1-6.
