Strategic Plan/Alignment is essentially a linking of records identified as part of the strategic plan to goals, projects, action steps and tasks throughout the program. This feature is available as a right-click menu option and is visible for users with User Access Types of Administrator, Enterprise Manager, and Business Group Manager.
To add goals to the Strategic Alignment Plan, follow the steps below:

Include a goal, action plan, or task in the Strategic Plan
|
2.

Link goals, action plans, or tasks to the Strategic Plan Initiative
|
Identify a Goal, Action Plan or Task as a Strategic Plan
1.
|
In any one of the Views, for example the Map View, right-click and select Strategic Plan
|
2.
|
then select Include in the Strategic Plan from the submenu.
|
3.
|
a list of all goals that have been added as Strategic Plans will be displayed
|
4.
|
Once the goal is added, click OK
|
An icon is displayed that indicates the goal is a strategic plan.
Link goals, action plans, or tasks to the Strategic Plan Initiative
1.

Highlight a goal, action plan or task, right-click and select Link to Strategic Plan Initiative
|
2.
|
The ManagePro Strategic Plan Initiatives window is displayed
|
3.
|
Highlight the Strategic Goal in the list that you want to link to then click OK
|
