Progress Notes are added by selecting Add from the right-click menu option on Goals Details > Progress tab.

Each Progress Note added, supports the Scoring Criteria established in that it substantiates the progress made based against the criteria you set-up in the Goal Details Scoring View

Each Progress Note is also depicted by a purple arrow as shown below

The alert that Progress Notes are available are also made by selecting the Show Progress Updates filter on the toolbar just above the   Gantt Chart View, and when selected the pink triangles are populated in the Gantt Chart.
