In the General Preferences Alerts tab, you find several important new prompt options which will make it easier for you and all the other ManagePro users to keep your data current and stay on the same page with each other. All timed prompts are displayed non-intrusively at the bottom right of the page.
The MProLink Options are available for ManagePro Plus users, and offer you the ability to set up prompts to synchronize with your central database on the web server on a timed interval, as well as when opening (very important) and closing (also important) the database.
The Outlook Option offers a prompt to synchronize with Outlook at your choice of intervals.
