In ManagePro, users can make 5 attempts to enter the correct name and password. After 5 failed attempts, a dialog is posted with the
the following message "The user name and password combination you are using is incorrect". Please contact your database administrator for
assistance in logging into to ManagePro.
For Administrators: To enable login for the locked out user, follow the instructions below:

Log into the user's machine as an Administrator

Navigate to the People and Meeting Tab
|
•

Highlight the locked out user's name
|
•
|
right-click and select User Access
|
•
|
Recheck the Enable Login checkbox
|
•
|
You can reset the password by entering a new password and confirm password fields
|
The locked user can login into ManagePro then change their password if necessary.
