Import enables you to import email messages from MS Outlook or a website.
Note: Import Website is available from the Map View as Right-click Option but not the Main WorkSpace view
Follow the instructions below to import a MS Outlook Message:
1.

From the Map, Main Workspace, Gantt Chart, Scorecard or People and Meetings view, right-click
|
2.

Select Outlook Email from the Import sub-menu
|
The Import Outlook Window is displayed:
1.
|
Select the email message from any one of your folders lists in the Outlook Folder view
|
3.
|
ManagePro imports the message as a Progress Update
|
Follow the instructions below to import a website:
1.
|
From the Map view, select Website from the right-click Import sub-menu option
|
2.
|
The Import Website window will be displayed
|
3.
|
Enter the URL to import as shown in the example below
|

ManagePro import the web site as a progress update
