Let's review the toolbar controls:

clip0062x Timeline Creation Mode enables you to create your timelines in the Gantt Chart. When this mode is selected, you can add your timelines directly

in the Gantt Chart by adding and modifying timelines. Otherwise the timelines will be automatically created when you enter the start and due dates

in the Timeline Outline View (the left side of the Gantt Chart)

clip0063x Timeline Enter Link Creation Mode enables you to create dependencies between goals. You can create links so that one goal can not begin until the preceding goal is complete. Or, you can create a dependency so that subsequent goals can begin no earlier than the end date of the prior task.

clip0064xShow or Hide % Complete enables you to annotate the Gantt Chart in the Timeline view with labels indicating the progress made for each goal.

clip0065xShow or Hide Progress Updates enables you to annotate the Gantt Chart with pink triangles to depict that progress updates are associated with the goal.

clip0066xCalendar Date Picker enables you to select dates from the Calendar pick list

clip0067x Timeline Show or Hide Parent Roll-up(s) enables you to turn off/on display of parent durations. This helps to declutter the Gantt Chart view, making is easier to see relationships between durations of sub-goals.

clip0068xShow or Hide Critical Path only - when pointing to any project endpoint, ManagePro will calculate the critical path to that goal.

clip0069xShow or Hide multiple critical paths - when pointing to any project endpoint, ManagePro will calculate multiple critical paths in a single database

clip0070xShow or Hide Original Due - enable you to show or hide original due date

clip0071x Show or Hide User Allocation - when clicked displays user allocation
